zookeeper无法启动，之前也出现过类似的启动问题，都是清除zookeeper所有数据解决的。
原来是因为zoo.cfg里的data目录是配置在/tmp下的，这目录是会定时清空的，例如在意外重启的情况下。于是改变一下这个目录的地址，问题解决。

如果你用的是NTFS分区格式，chmod就起作用了，这时候Cygwin将相应的权限映射到NTFS文件格式中，如果是FAT就没有办法了，因为FAT不支持安全特性。所以没有办法实现。
